Embracing the mentality of a child as an adult can be a powerful way to unlock creativity, resilience, and a sense of wonder in everyday life. Children approach the world with curiosity, fearlessness, and a willingness to try new things without the burden of self-doubt or fear of failure. By tapping into this childlike mindset, adults can break free from limitations, think outside the box, and rediscover the joy in simple pleasures. Whether it's through playful exploration, imaginative thinking, or embracing spontaneity, acting like a child as an adult can cultivate a sense of freedom and authenticity that can lead to new opportunities and personal growth.

As innocent as it is, but a surprisingly enjoyable idea. This can be an anonymous situation used as more of a therapy modality or place where you just need to express a thought/feeling/want/need. I pride myself in being an empathetic listener while remaining neutral and giving decent advice (so I’ve been told by others in the past). Writing letters, sending postcards, crafting emails, voice memos, I’m open to all!

The only limits we have are the ones we place upon ourselves. If there is something you’ve been wanting to do, a craft you want to try, a new dish you’ve been pondering, a new route to walk the dog on, DO IT! Sometimes we need an extra little push, or motivation to make that leap… well here I am, lets leap together!
